From scaling Unilever’s Dove to driving growth at Rightmove, Kate knows exactly what major brands look for when investing capital.
As our Commercial Lead, she leverages this deep corporate network and insider brand knowledge to turn our YouTube and digital IP into premium, highly investable content platforms—creating high-value, authentic partnerships that traditional media can't match. For more than 20 years, Paul has helped turn ideas into audiences.
His career has been defined not simply by directing successful productions, but by helping develop, shape and scale some of the world's biggest entertainment formats. Working at the intersection of creativity, storytelling and audience insight, he played a key role in helping establish Love Island across the UK, US and international markets, alongside a career spanning major entertainment, reality and studio productions watched by millions worldwide.
More recently, Paul has brought that expertise into the world of branded entertainment and digital content, helping brands create content designed for modern audiences. His work includes social-first campaigns for brands such as TUI featuring Ant & Dec, and he was instrumental in developing and directing Gordon Ramsay's viral Idiot Sandwich format for HexClad.

With over 15 years of experience leading powerhouse studios like Andy Serkis’ The Imaginarium and scaling Epic Games’ Unreal Engine across Europe, Ben is a master at embedding technology into creative workflows. He has delivered pioneering tech for blockbusters like Star Wars, Marvel and major international broadcasts.
